The stand of native grasses is in good shape and well-taken care of. As you make your way into the property, multiple scrapes and rubs can be found along the edge of the timber. A variety of deer and turkey were seen on each trip to the property. An attractive feature of the timber is the creek that runs through the middle of the property. Oaks, walnut, hackberry, elm and cedars make up the majority of the timber.
