The building is $500,000.00 and the Veterinary Practice is $250,000.00.

This practice has been run solo by Dr. Lindi Snyder since she purchased the clinic in 2011. Dr. Snyder has a wonderful staff that is willing to stay if another Veterinarian takes over. Dr. Snyder has also offered to stay after the building/practice is sold to be a relief Veterinarian if needed.
